SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Please note this sale is only open to customers shipping to the UK.

Orders will be shipped using Royal Mail at a cost of £4.50 per order.

We aim to dispatch all orders by Friday 12th June. You should receive your order within 3-5 working days. We regret that we are unable to offer express shipping for this offer.

For all delivery enquiries or to check on the status of an order please contact us on online@themusicroom.co.uk. Please quote your name and order number.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you would like to request a return or exchange a product, please contact us on online@themusicroom.co.uk to discuss the nature of the return and arrange a UK returns label, quoting your name and order number. 

Nudea have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Store credit valid for 12 months or exchange (stock permitting). Strictly no returns on thongs for hygiene purposes.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
