Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our Products and Services to you.

4. PRODUCTS AND SALES
The sample sale collections available on this website are presented by The Music Room Mayfair LLP acting as an authorised entity in conjunction with our Brand Partners.
Product Display and Availability
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, materials and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Due to the nature of sample sales, often stock is past-season and not always in perfect condition. We can ensure that all items sold via our store will be in a sellable condition and we will note any faults or damage in the product description where necessary. Please see our Shipping Policy for advice on items received that are damaged during shipping.
Product availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to set purchase limits and/or discontinue or remove from sale, any product at any time.
Sale Times & Durations
Sales are accessible on the dates and times communicated. These dates and times are sent by e-mail to our registered mailing list subscribers and are also available on our website.
5. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Pricing
All prices are in British Pound Sterling and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment
The price of the items purchased is to be paid in total at the time the order is placed by the Customer.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, billing and/or shipping address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Failed payments will result in your order being cancelled.
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or any other specific payment method offered at the time of the order validation by the Customer.
The request for debit card authorisation is made at the time of validation of the order on the Website except in the event of unavailability of servers. The Music Room Mayfair LLP has the right to proceed with a new direct debit authorization request in the event that the first one could not be completed due to server unavailability.
The payment information is transmitted according to the highest security standards. The transmission of banking data is guaranteed by our ecommerce partner: Shopify Payment. Shopify Payment is a technical service provider; as such, it does not handle any complaints related to orders, which are handled directly by The Music Room Mayfair LLP.
All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol: this data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. At no time does the Customer's financial data pass through The Music Room Mayfair LLP’s computer system. Shopify Payment ensure that the connection with the Customer's browser is secure before sending the payment form to the banking institution that carries out the financial transaction.
Orders
The validation and confirmation of the order are sent by email to the customer from The Music Room Mayfair LLP, and following the approval of payment, are considered the conclusion of the sales contract between the two parties, and the adherence to the General Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Orders will only be shipped to UK addresses.
The Music Room Mayfair LLP is not liable for any import duties, taxes, and fees for items shipped outside of the UK using third-party services.
We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Failed Deliveries
If an order is not received or collected, it may be returned to us. Second delivery attempts may be at the buyer’s expense.
If a return is initiated due to buyer errors (e.g., wrong address), additional return fees, and other expenses will be deducted from the refund. We will provide a cost breakdown upon request.

Return Process

Please state your order reference number, the item(s) you wish to return and your reason for returning.
You will be responsible for returning the goods at your own expense. Only where the goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, will we, or the relevant Brand Partner(s), pay the costs of returning the goods.
The Music Room Mayfair LLP, or our Brand Partners cannot be held responsible for any goods which go missing on return. Subsequently you are strongly recommended to insure the goods adequately and use a tracked & insured postage service.
8. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
